Fake 50's man judgments square

America's plastic bliss crumbles

eventual darkness fading moon

Kerouac chases dawns highway 


dark knowledge exhausted, ah

springs empty secret silence 

sky awakens sings heavens love

Children play in golden eternity

I did not wish to awaken the wrath of Burroughs again, so I am moving fast on the Kerouac Cut-Ups. The words above came to me while sitting in the bathtub after arriving home from Georgia.

Missing Self *** Yikes, my family has become concerned by my inability to find any solid fixed self, what to do? Best to keep quiet about my suspicion of their lack of inherent self. And who or what has been doing this searching and looking anyhow, like a gerbil spinning on a wheel?
