World on Fire
World on Fire
***
Feeling
sadness
find no
words
They ran
away lost
somewhere
In yesterday
***
Looking
back
My
past
Slowly
Unwinds
***
By the bed
A child prays
Dreaming
Of endless
summer days
Where he once
played
***
Does he
Remember
loves first
sweet kiss
He dreamed
It would last
Forever
***
I question life
one day joy
next sorrow
I grow old
tired
As this
world
burns
On fire
Fear its
the final
hour
***
Wild winds
blow away my brain
life is out of control
A runaway train
Humanity
I fear
has gone
insane
***
Bases
loaded
lights
go out
all games end
without a doubt
I question
What life
Was all
About
***
on his knees
A child prayed
For his family
World and dog
Happiness
A Brand
new day
***
No more hiding
Under the covers
Or lost in the bliss
Of my
Lover
***
slow down
Life's
out of control
A Runaway
Train
I won't fall
Into
miseries
hole
***
My dark night
of the soul
No fear
I move on
Letting
go
***
My loves
not dead
within
hearts
kingdom
wide open
Vulnerable
My love
Is hidden
***
On sacred paths
Together
Me and you
We can walk
Straight true
Renewed
We can
Awaken free
In spacious skies
No need to
Be blue
***
Keep faith
when your path
Seems lost
Or far away
Soon the
sun will rise
kissing dawn
Trust me
It won't
be long
***
Feel
strength
Within Love
We are Two
Rainbow
Flowers
Blooming
Our
Hearts
love
Blossoming
Open
***
I know
One truth
We must love
Without
Expectations
all sentient
beings
No Exceptions
***
Passing life
We are Led
By past actions
Karmic winds
Blown Through
barren trees
Without leaves
In Stormy seas
Violent winds
Humble me
I fall praying
On my knees
***
Life
interconnected
Above below
On loves
Ragged Path
Fearlessly
Awaken
grow
***
Know
suffering
Will end
Soon
I promise
Trust me
My dear
Friend
***
We can
Let
go
Into
Love
We
Can
Flow
Flow
Flow
Finally
Letting
Go
***
I could not sleep, and felt profound sadness words fail to capture. I have faith in the darkest hour. My body keeps moving on, even when down. Sorrow is impermanent. I will be patient and keep the love coming. What is of value but love? With love, I now see the sunrise.
