A Bed Made For Two

She lies asleep on her bed 
A bed made for two
he broke her heart
made her hard
broke the trust 
they held to be true

neither was perfect
he stepped over the line
his self his only interest
showed no respect
now written words of love 
have lost their meaning

she sleeps like a little girl 
on a bed made for two
he watches her empty
wondering what he’ll do

shes a beautiful woman
she will have a beautiful 
relationship someday
on a bed made for two
but he forgot who she was
their dreams together now lay broken

she does not want him anymore
he gave her reason for this
why did he hurt her?
why does it have to end? 
Tell me who has the answer?

Missing Self *** Yikes, my family has become concerned by my inability to find any solid fixed self, what to do? Best to keep quiet about my suspicion of their lack of inherent self. And who or what has been doing this searching and looking anyhow, like a gerbil spinning on a wheel?
