We're down in the trenches
Rivers flowing hard
I'm in your eyes 
Lost in your mist 
Inner springs
Fluttering breezes
Saltwater kisses
Oh how you overtake me 
Oh, oh and your splendor 
I'm in awe
Oh at your touch I quiver
Like grains of sand 
disappear at my touch 
Our love completely pure 
Will be for eternity 
You I love 
in your eyes 
Descending mystic seas 
Dissolving into your mystery 
We're lovers in poetry 
Unfixed in space and time 
Lost in verse meter and rhyme 
Recognizing limitations of mind 
opening up our hearts 
Until we burst 
until death unto drowning 
Drenched without thirst
we got so much need 
filling our hunger 
that's why I'm down 
on my knees 
before you my dear 
trembling in your arms
quivering 
I've fallen prey 
to your subtle glances
your kisses
regardless of the weather 
you always hold me
in your arms 
until you don't
And I fall to the rocks 
in the sea
But right now
We're sailing 
forbidden seas
Dissolving into
Blissful Mists 
Mysteries

Missing Self *** Yikes, my family has become concerned by my inability to find any solid fixed self, what to do? Best to keep quiet about my suspicion of their lack of inherent self. And who or what has been doing this searching and looking anyhow, like a gerbil spinning on a wheel? Those Buddhists,  I tell you, they appear so peaceful  (sometimes ) but are secretly a radical group of self deniers, how wonderfully subversive.  Maybe I have been a Buddhist all along and just realized it. But then I look for the Buddhist and Bam!  Same problem, there's nothing there. I must confess enjoying my nonexistent self today, uh oh, that could mean trouble. Now that I have realized my life is just a dream am wondering what comes next, or if there is a "next." Maybe I will keep looking a little more to be sure no self is to be found.
