Of Lovers Lost at Sea

Of lovers lost out at sea
of storms that tear
of hearts broken
tears shed
I call forth to you
I plead as you break me down
you, with your seasons
your universe and vast space
you, with your life and death 
let lost lovers be united
May clouds give way to sky 
let hearts be amended
tears healed with smiles 
like the child I was
praying by my bed
like my primordial ancestors
who danced around the fire
I call on you

Missing Self *** Yikes, my family has become concerned by my inability to find any solid fixed self, what to do? Best to keep quiet about my suspicion of their lack of inherent self. And who or what has been doing this searching and looking anyhow, like a gerbil spinning on a wheel? Those Buddhists,  I tell you, they appear so peaceful  (sometimes ) but are secretly a radical group of self deniers, how wonderfully subversive.  Maybe I have been a Buddhist all along and just realized it.
